Kashmir and the Constitution of India with Suchindran Narayan

Suchindran is an advocate practising in the Madras High Court and the Supreme Court of India. He has a keen interest in the legal and political history of India and tries to understand the law as a culmination of various historical impulses. As a junior to Senior Advocates Arvind Datar, and Attorney General for India, KK Venugopal, he has assisted and seen from close quarters some of the great constitutional cases of the recent past.
The talk focused on the various aspects of the legislative history of Kashmir and it was followed by a Q/A with Suchindran.
