Kay Dickinson is a Professor of Film Studies at Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. She is the author of Arab Cinema Travels: Transnational Syria, Palestine, Dubai and Beyond and Arab Film and Video Manifestos: Forty-Five Years of the Moving Image Amid Revolution. She is also a member of the collective who programmes the Regards syriens and Regards palestiniens film series at the Cinémathèque québécoise, Montreal.
