‘Becoming Hero,’ by Akanksha Kumari and Jasmine Yadav, investigates the idea of the “hero” through the machismo movement language — a show of power, strength, and seduction. The performers invite you into a fantasy where the hero melts and transforms, discovering newer strengths and vulnerabilities, becoming something new each time.
